“Bewährt vor Ort”-Label for the DIPAS User Community

The DIPAS user community was awarded the ‘Bewährt vor Ort’ (proven on site) label on 3 June 2025. This makes us one of the 29 municipal projects that were honoured this year for their innovative strength and transferability. The award is presented by the German Association of Towns and Municipalities (DStGB) and Re:Form - an alliance of administrative pioneers created by ProjectTogether - and highlights particularly successful, tried-and-tested solutions from municipal administration.

The User Community is an open network of cities, municipalities and institutions from all over Germany that use DIPAS and develop it further together with Hamburg. Since the foundation in 2023, we as a community have been pursuing the goal of establishing DIPAS as an effective participation system not only in individual cities, but nationwide. The fact that we are so successful in doing so is primarily due to our shared commitment, knowledge transfer and open dialogue across city and administrative boundaries. The award proves that we are on the right track with our inter-municipal cooperation.
