DIPAS analytics Expert Conference on 15.09.2025

With the conclusion of the DIPAS analytics project, the Stadtwerkstatt of the Ministry for Urban Development and Housing (BSW), together with the State Office for Geoinformation and Surveying (LGV), is planning a final and expert conference on the use of AI and LLMs in the evaluation of participation procedures.

The conference will focus on the technical background, the use of open source AI and the architecture of the intelligent system behind the evaluation tool. Over the past two and a half years, the foundations have been laid in Hamburg for automatically generating knowledge from textual and georeferenced feedback from citizens and linking it to the urban geodata.

The evaluation support for DIPAS is intended to make it easier for those responsible for the process to understand the feedback, link the findings to their own process logic and share and visually communicate the results to civil society, politicians and the administration.
