DIPAS Community keeps growing

The DIPAS user community has reached a new milestone: With Code for Hamburg, as well as the cities of Lübeck and Bamberg, three new members have joined over the past six months. This means that, in addition to Hamburg, ten municipalities and organizations are now actively involved in the community and are working together to further shape DIPAS. The more members there are, the more diverse the experiences with and perspectives on digital participation become:

With Code for Hamburg Lab (e.V.), a volunteer-run civil society initiative has joined the DIPAS user community for the first time, bringing a fresh perspective on open data, transparency, and citizen participation.

As part of federally funded smart city programs, Bamberg and Lübeck are testing, among other things, innovative approaches to map-based storytelling with DIPAS_stories.

We look forward to the next steps in our joint development and to the exchange of ideas!
